My fave smoothie

This is one of my favourite smoothies, and I love to drink it after a gym workout or yoga. It’s from Cherie Calbom’s The Ultimate Smoothie Book, so I can’t take credit for it! But she has a tons of great smoothies in that book, I highly recommend it.

Blend together the following ingredients until smooth:

1/2 cup almond milk

2 tbsp tahini

1.5 tsp grated organic orange peel

1 tbsp soy lecithin granules

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 banana

1/2 orange ( if it’s a small orange, I put the whole thing in)

4 ice cubes

Yum!
