Breakfast Chia Pudding

I have heard so much about chia seeds, an Aztec superfood rich in omega-3 fatty acids, that I needed to finally try it. Here’s my version of a breakfast pudding. It’s so tasty and filling!

Maple Chia Pudding

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • handful of raspberries

Combine the first 4 ingredients and let sit for about 30min. The chia seeds will absorb the liquid and will plump up. The consistency reminds me of tapioca (yum!). Once ready to eat, drizzle the maple syrup and raspberries on top and serve. Serves 2.

  1. Whenever I make anything with chia seeds – it fails miserably When eating what ever I’ve made with them I Isimply can’t eat it They foam in my mouth and I simple can’t swallow them Everyone craves about them and your pudding looks lovely – am I doing something wrong our see they not just for everyone?
