Post-Workout Date and Soy Smoothie

Here’s another post-workout smoothie. I devoured it so fast after a Jillian Michaels workout that I forgot to take a picture first! Boo 😦

Date and Soy Smoothie

  • 1 cup water
  • 3 lettuce leaves
  • 125g medium firm tofu
  • 1 ripe banana
  • handful of small dried dates
  • 3/4 cup young coconut meat
  • 1/4 tsp grated organic orange rind
  • 2 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients and blend in high-speed blender. Delish!
