It’s heatin’ up! I love to make my own popsicles with ingredients I can pronounce. I made these because I miscalculated the quantity of my mango smoothie batch. It was a tasty error.
Mango Smoothie Pops (Makes a jug of smoothie)
- 3 ripe mangoes
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup sweetened, vanilla flavour soy milk
- 4 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients together and thin the consistency with water if needed. Fill your reusable pops containers and freeze overnight. Drink the rest of the smoothie right away! Yum!
