Here’s a great recipe to use up some of your summer fruits that may be sitting on your counter. I can’t stop buying cases of mangoes!
I also poured some of this smoothie into ice pop containers to make smoothie pops. Yum!
- 1 cantaloupe
- 1.5 cups water
- 1 peach
- 1 mango
- 1 cup young coconut meat
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- few dates
I also made another Fresh recipe yesterday, a smoothie called ‘Superbuff’. This was your standard smoothie with banana, protein powder, soy milk, and fruit. I added a bit of diluted instant coffee in there as well. Not bad, but nothing special.
I’ll be making on of their noodle bowls this weekend, ‘Emerald City’. We’ll see how that goes…
